Composition & care
– The dolls are handcrafted in 100% wool and felt by a women’s cooperative
– The bottle opener is made in solid brass. Wipe with clean dry cloth and avoid abrasive cleaners and materials.
– Our greeting cards are made in eco friendly hand-made paper and come with an envelope made in the same paper.
– The Jha tea mug is made in durable enamelware that is hard to crack or break. It is camp proof and has scratch-resistant enamel coating.
– The Melong Keyrings are made in solid brass, are hand-beaten, and have the words in Tibetan khyug script engraved on them.
– The Tibet playing cards are made in finest quality paper. Dimensions : 6cm x 2cm x 9.6cm (LxBxH)
Delivery, exchanges and returns
Delivery:
– Free shipping on all prepaid domestic orders above Rs.1000.
– Shipping charge of Rs.150 on all COD domestic orders.
– Free International shipping on all orders over $200 (excluding silver items). For orders below $200, a standard shipping fee of $20 applies. Orders containing silver items will incur an additional shipping fee of $20.
– Estimated delivery time is between 1-8 working days, depending on the delivery address.
