Return & Exchange
At Mapcha, we ensure quality and take great care in the delivery of our products. We attend return requests only if our item is faulty or does not match the item in the order placed. Please note that we have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the style and colours of our products. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee accurate representation of colours on your monitor screen.
Our jewellery is handcrafted and therefore, each piece will have slight variations which makes them truly unique. We do not attend returns, unless our product is genuinely unsatisfactory in quality. We also do not attend exchange requests on jewellery for hygiene purposes.
To return or exchange a product, kindly get in touch with us immediately within 48 hours of receiving the product
- You can mail us at email@example.com with the details of your order including order number and images of the product as you have received it.

- If you notice any tampering by the courier partner, we’d request you to retain packaging and share an image of the same with us.
All products to be exchanged or returned must have the tags intact and should be in their original packaging, in an unwashed and undamaged condition. Once our team has checked the product, you will receive confirmation within 48 hours that your return has been accepted for exchange/return.
We will not attend any exchange/return requests post 7 days of delivery.
Cost of the courier sent to us will be borne by the customer. Cost of shipping the new piece to you will be borne by us.
Refund – Payment will be returned in the same mode of transaction as received within 7-15 days of confirmation of exchange/return. In case of International Orders, if a customer refuses to pay the import duty as mandated by the respective country of shipment and doesn’t collect their order from the courier company, then Mapcha will not be liable to refund any amount for such orders.
Products bought online cannot be exchanged or returned in store.
All items on sale are non-returnable and non-refundable but can be exchanged for a different size in the same style only, chances are you won’t have to return the garment.
