Exchange and Returns Policy
All items on sale are non-returnable and non-refundable but can be exchanged for a different size in the same style only, chances are you won’t have to return the garment.
To process an exchange, simply mail us on email@example.com or give us a call on 7042983304, and our team will be in touch to confirm the exchange request.
Return and exchange:
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on Mapcha. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will be completely accurate.
If upon receipt of your order you find anything unsatisfactory, drop us a line within three days of receiving the product. We would be happy to provide a refund or exchange. All products should be returned with the tags intact and in their original packaging, in an unwashed and undamaged condition. Once our team has checked the merchandise, you will receive an email confirming that your return has been accepted. Cost of the return will be borne by the customer.
Please be careful while trying on items. The item should be returned new and unused as Mapcha holds the right to not accept returns in case product is used or damaged by the customer. We accept return within 12 days. And the payment will be returned in the same mode of transaction as received within 7-15 days. Please do note, if not received within 12 days, no exchange or return will be entertained.
Please note that you will not be entitled to cancel or return an order for any bespoke or customized item unless the product is faulty or not as described.
