Shipping & Payment

Once you place your order, it takes us 1-5 business days to process and ship out your order from our New Delhi warehouse. We work with registered courier companies for domestic orders, and with FedEx for international orders.

DURATION
Domestic orders – delivered within 1-7 business days post dispatch, depending on the delivery address
International orders – delivered within 6-10 business days post dispatch

SHIPPING COSTS

Domestic orders – Free Shipping on all Prepaid domestic orders above INR 2000. Shipping charge of INR 150 on all COD domestic orders.
International orders – Free International shipping on all orders over $200 (excluding silver items). For orders below $200, a standard shipping fee of $20 applies. Orders containing silver items will incur an additional shipping fee of $20.

Please note that some countries levy import duties and taxes when the package reaches the country of destination. This additional charge will be payable by the customer directly to the shipping company at the time of delivery after receipt of an invoice. The customer is responsible for ensuring compliance with laws and regulations of the country and Mapcha holds no responsibility.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
At the time of dispatch, you will be informed via mail/sms which will also have the details of the courier partner and the tracking number.
Non-availability of the customer – Our courier partners will attempt to deliver your package thrice before they return it to us. If we have to re-send the package, the courier charge will be borne by the customer.

We request you to check the package at the time of delivery. If you notice any tampering by the courier partner, kindly DO NOT accept your order and state the reason as “Tampered package”. Request you to share an image/video of the tampered product with us, so we can effectively take the issue forward. Please note, we will not be able to help if you accept a tampered package.

CANCELLATION
Orders can be cancelled (full or in part) only before they are dispatched. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled, and our standard return/exchange policy will apply.

To request a cancellation, please email us at hello@mapcha.co or contact us via WhatsApp at ‪+91-9310717011‬ between 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM IST (Monday to Friday). Kindly mention your order number and the reason for cancellation in your message.

PAYMENT
Domestic orders – We accept all major debit and credit cards including Visa, Mastercard and American Express for orders to be delivered within India. Netbanking options across all major banks are also available and customers can also pay using online wallets or UPI. We also provide Cash on Delivery (COD) option.
International orders – We accept all major debit and credit cards including Visa, Mastercard and American Express and also provide the option to pay using PayPal.
